Ingredients: - 4 knuckles of pork, ready for kitchen
- salty water
- 1 bundle soupe green
- 3 bay leaves
- peppercorn, juniper berries, mustard seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of caraway{cumin}
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 500 ml beer
- 2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation:
Salted waters to the cooking bring, onions, soup vegetables, bay leaves, juniper berries, peppercorn and mustard seeds admit. The legs add and cook in it approx. 1 hour. The legs take out, let let drain and on a baking sheet put. Cloves of garlic depart and grind with salt, caraways and oil add and mix. The legs with it coat and cooked in the preheated oven at 200 degrees approx. 80 - 90 minutes. During the done time the legs on occasion with beer dilute. 5 minutes before cooking stir the honey with some beer flatly and fill the knuckles of pork with it. The ready legs take out and arrange with potato salad.
