Ingredients: - 1 pork fillet approx. 600 gs
- 500 gs of champignon
- 1 bundle marjoram
- 1 onion
- 50 gs of butter
- 175 gs of cream fraiche
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- salt, black pepper
Preparation:
Champignons clean and cut in slices. Marjoram wash and finely hack. 2 tablespoons of it aside put. Onion peel and finely hack, then stew in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of fat golden brown. Champignons and marjoram add, all 5-10 min. stew. Pork fillet in thin slices cut, successively roast in the rest of the oil brown around. Mix with the mushrooms, everything salt and pepper. Cream fraiche, cream and rest of marjoram mix and on the meat give.
