Ingredients: - 1 kg of potatoes
- ½ sticks leek
- 200 gs of nodule celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 fresh salmon page with shell approx. 1.2 kg
- 2 teaspoons butter
- salt, coarse pepper
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of coarse grained mustard
- tin-foil
Preparation:
Potatoes, carrots, celery wash, peel and in thin pins cut. Leek wash and in rings cut. The salmon spray and drily dab. A big piece of tin-foil approx. 100 coat x 50 cms with melted butter. The vegetables mix, salt, pepper and on the transparency distribute. Salmon with the shell page lay on the vegetables and with a marinade of salt, pepper, lemon juice and mustard coat. The transparency knock together this and seal the edges solidly. In the preheated oven with 200 degrees 40 cook - 45 minutes.
