Middle Franconia, water-rich by the Main Danube channel, the Frankish sea-plate and not to forget the Aischgrund with the world-well-known breeds of carps stands thereby contrary to Upper Franconia. The population centre Nuremberg - Fürth - Erlangen attaining can take up it both economically and scientifically with the large centers of dense development of Europe. Not since today only, probes already since the Middle Ages, as is impressively shown in the Germanic national museum.
Lower Franconia is the country of the Frankish Wines. Landlocked from the Main loops, is a lovely landscape with great buildings. The Würzburger residence looks for their same!
